The Country House is situated in a strategically central position, serving Umbria's many historic centres, thus offering an endless itinerary for possible excursions to places of interest abounding in history and tradition, namely the mediaeval citadels of the region such as: Corciano, Spello, Deruta, Gualdo Tadino, Bevagna, Città della Pieve and so forth.

The Country House: nestles in a beautifully tranquil corner of Italy's green heart, the region of Umbria. In limbo amidst the memory of an age old history and the rural traditions of a more recent past, the Country House: is the result of a highly meticulous restoration work of a turn of the century residence and nearby tobacco drying tower.

The delights of excellent cuisine and of the renowned Umbrian oenological tradition are waiting to be discovered in pleasant convivial encounters, in the open air of the Summer months or in the warmth of the fire of the Common Room during Winter.

One can also enjoy domestic and international cuisine accompanied by fine wines which the owner will be happy to suggest in the warm atmosphere of the nearby family restaurant.

On the first floor in the old tobacco drying tower. In Clivia there is a small entrance with kitchen, double bedroom with terrace. 

GENZIANA
Three rooms apartment (4/5 Persons)
On the ground floor in the old tobacco drying tower, there is a small living room and kitchen and a single sofa-bed, two double bedrooms with internal bath. You can come into the rooms from the outside.

The price includes: Bedclothes, kitchen clothes (2 changes a week), TV satellite in every room, telephone in every room (pay calls), equipped kitchen with microwave oven/grill, safe in every room, swimming pool from April until October, Mountan Bikes, use of water, electricity and gas, air conditioning/heat, final cleaning.
