Holiday Apartments "Appartamenti Vacanza Residence Assisi" was a typical farm.

In 2002 a business man fell in love with this wonderful place, under Subasio Mountain, and made of it a relaxing farmhouse.

Our guests will discover arts, culture, typical dishes and religious tradition of Assisi in Umbria.
The Holiday Apartments are 4 km far from Assisi, 1 km far from Rivotorto, km 1,5 far from Santa Maria degli Angeli, km 18 far from Perugia , km 40 far from Gubbio, km 40 far from Spoleto, Norcia, Todi, Firenze and other famous medieval towns in Umbria.

Enjoy our hospitality in Umbra, the Franciscan simplicity, we want to put at their ease our guests, offering them everything.
9 nice apartments with the greatest comfort.
Furthermore, our guests can enjoy our children playground or use our bicycles.
While on demand guests can practice archery or ask for a relaxing massage. For those who love horses there is a nearby riding school.
The riding school is just 400 meters far away from our structure (requires prior booking).
All our guests will receive a free card to take advantage of special discounts at local shops.

Our farmholiday Assisi Residence Holiday Apartments offers its guests 9 apartments all with panoramic view on Subasio Mount, Assisi and the surrounding countryside.

- Each apartment has its own entrance and it's composed of: Kitchen with large living room, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, etc..

Five apartments are on the ground floor, numbers: 1-2 - 3 - 4-5, four apartments are on the first floor with the numbers 6-7 - 8 - 9. All have an outer space or a terrace or covered porch. The apartments on the ground floor nr. 3 and no. 4 are equipped with bathroom for the disabled.

The toilets are two for each apartment because there are two double bedrooms in each apartment.
The living room is furnished with sofas and TV color and a safe for your values.
Our farmhouse is surrounded by over 30,000 square meters of green space with a playground for your children, leisure spaces and sports.

Ho soggiornato con una coppia di amici dal 30/12/2018 al 01/01/2019, il mio giudizio è assolutamente positivo, struttura molto bella tra gli ulivi con spettacolare vista di Assisi. Encomiabile la pulizia dell' appartamento dove abbiamo soggiornato così come il ristorante e tutta la parte esterna. Ottimo cibo curato nei minimi particolari dalla signora Silvana, signora veramente speciale !!! Gentilissimi i camerieri !!! Vacanza da 10 e lode !!!!
