The flats are finely furnished, all with a private bathroom.
One flat at the ground floor is handicap accessible.
All five flats are individually heated; flats on the upper floor are also outfitted with a fireplace The two-room flats are suitable for hosting 4 or 5 guests in full comfort.
They are composed of a furnished bedroom with one double bed and one single bed, a bathroom with shower; a wide comfortable kitchen where there is also a double sofa-bed available.
The flats can be equipped with colour televison, on demand.

Where we are:
The residence is located in Gubbio, in the region of Umbria, in a convenient positon for the visit of the natural amenities of the region and its artistic and cultural centres: only 40 km from Perugia, 65 km from Assisi it is easily reachable from the main cities of central Italy.
Directions from Rome: follow the highway E45 towards Cesena, exit in Bosco, go on towards Gubbio on the road “Eugubina”. After about 20 kilometres, turn off at Monteurbino S.Cristina and continue for 4 km.
Directions from Fano: follow the signs for Perugia-Gubbio.

Abbiamo trascorso un piacevolissimo week-end di Pasqua immersi nel verde e nella tranquillità dell'appennino umbro.....Era piacevole vedere scorazzare liberi i cani (uno per famiglia), che ci hanno seguito in questa avventura, nella più assoluta tranquillità..... E' sicuramente una esperienza da ripetere.....
