The House is placed in one of the most panoramic areas of Umbria, near Peglia Mountain.
Lying amongst lavender flowers and wild roses, the "House" was rebuilt on the ruins of a sixteenth century farmhouse in an ideal Umbrian countryside setting. This evokes the historical origins of a magic land influenced by the Roman and the Etruscan culture.
The House is a place to relax, surround yourself with nature and take a charming journey back in time.
The first traces of human beings in the area near the "House" date back to the Paleolithic, as testified by the bronze age find on the Buca del Diavolo in San Vito.
Kissed by the sun all day long and surrounded by scents of wild vegetation stretches out on a 250 hectare estate were guests can take spectacular walks or bicycle tours along tracks of tekking. The mountains and the green of the hills around the "House" make for a dry heat, even in summertime..
The places around are rich in history, culture and spirituality: not only Assisi, Cascia, Todi and Perugia, but also San Venanzo - with its beautiful Madonna Liberatrice Church, Montecastello di Vibio - with the smallest theatre in the world and Orvieto with its gothic Cathedral and the famous well of San Patrizio.
Less than one hundred miles from the House you can find Marmore Falls, a natural treasure..
Those who would like to enjoy a purely relaxing holiday at the "House" will find, apart from the beauty of the surroundings, a swimming pool (18x6 meters), a natural solarium, a reading room with an external arcade which together with various terraces offer a fine view.
The House also operates according to eco-tourism principles and besides extensive recycling of resources gives to its guests the opportunity to take part in the organic olive- harvest, the reaping of the corn and other farm's activities.

The House comprises eight apartments each of them named after the tree which graces the exterior.
The first six apartments below have their own entrance, while the last two have a common courtyard with a sixteenth century oven, where guests can cook bread as in years past.
OLIVO
Ground floor, it's independent from the rest of the house. It has external veranda.
Living room has a fireplace, open plan kitchen and a double sofa bed. In front of the double bedroom there's an en suite bathroom with a big bath.
LAVANDA
Ideal for honeymoon the apartment is arranged over two floors and has its own entrance.
Ground floor has a living room with a double sofa bed, open plan kitchen and adjoining bathroom with a big bath.
First floor offers a romantic garret with a four poster bed.
GELSOMINO & ROSMARINO
Ideal for families vacationing together, the two adjoining apartments are on the first floor and have separate entrances but a common solarium.
The first apartment comprises a living room with a double sofa bed , open plan kitchen and double bedroom with an adjoining bathroom containing a big bath.
The second apartment is similar but has a bathroom with a shower.
ROSA ANTICA (two-roomed, sleeps four)
To reach this apartment, situated on the ground floor, one passes between wild roses and pergola.
Living room has a double sofa bed, open plan kitchen, adjoining bathroom (with facilities for disabled patrons) and access to the double bedroom.
GLICINE
Situated on the ground floor, it has an external veranda covered by creepers near a big wisteria tree and roses.
The apartment is ideal for big families because it comprises a big living room with open plan kitchen and two double bedrooms.
One of them has an en suite bathroom with shower. The second bedroom has a nearby bathroom with a big bath.
MELOGRANO (three-roomed, sleeps six)
ALLORO (two-roomed, sleeps two)
This first floor apartment has a common internal courtyard and old wood-fired oven.
Little living room with kitchen and bathroom with shower. The bedroom is on the second floor and has a double bed. (Max 2 people).

The House Farm was opened for business in 2001.
It produces organic oil, corn, and honey. Guests can buy excellent extra virgin organic olive-oil: olives are hand- picked and the oil is derived from the first cold pressing.
The honey is suffused with the flavour of the flowers that surround the area. Your holidays will leave you with fond memories of sights and sounds, but also tastes.

Struttura splendida con vista sulle colline bellissima. Gli appartementi sono deliziosi e confortevoli, la tenuta è immensa, si può passeggiare all'interno ammirando il panorama. La piscina è pulita e molto ben tenuta con vista sulle colline. Il servizio è perfetto, personale gentile e disponibilissimo. Per chi cerca tranquillità e pace il posto è perfetto! Anche per gli amanti della bicicletta, persone però allenate, è possibile fare interessanti escursioni, lungo le colline viaggiano pochissime macchine. Le foto fornite dal proprietario non rispecchiano minimamente la bellezza del casolare e della tenuta.

Posto Stupendo!! Ideale per chi vuole staccare dalla città e immergersi nella quiete più totale. Vedi solo Natura. Il nostro appartamento era molto carino e curato. Pulitissimo. Raccomando di venire muniti di un minimo di spesa (vivande,sapone ecc)anche se la ragazza che ci accolto ci ha SUBITO chiesto se ci servisse qualcosa. Proprietaria gentilissima ( si è pure preoccupata di venirci a cercare dopo un'escursione nei boschi limitrofi). LO CONSIGLIAMO
