Sant'Ilario dello Ionio is a local municipality in the Province of Reggio Calabria in the Italian region Calabria, located about 105 km southwest of Catanzaro and about 85 km east of Reggio Calabria. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 1,346 and an area of 13.8 km².
