The Country House is an ideal meeting point between the beautiful nature offered by the suggestive Umbrian hillside where traditional agriculture is still practiced, and the artistic wealth of the numerous nearby towns such as Gubbio, Assisi, Trevi, Todi, Perugia, Spoleto, Orvieto and so forth.
The adjacent forests and trails offer an uncontaminated environment while still being relatively close to all services and principle lines of communication and transportation.
Guests reside in a completely restored antique stone country house. The 9 bedrooms, while still maintaining their original flavour are finely decorated and furnished with all necessities; autonomous heating, telephone, and television. All except two bedrooms have their own bathroom facilities.
In the main area, in a rustic and hospitable environment, the guests can relax while enjoying the traditional specialties. The family-run business offers the genuine typical Gubbio cuisine compiled from it’s own production and coltivation. The meals are prepared in the traditional manner in the wood burning oven.
And for those of you with a sweet tooth, we produce our own natural delicious honey. Who knows if by asking the owners for a “secret recipe” you may return home with a sweet souvenir!!!
Equazione & Buona Tavola is situated in the centre of an uncontaminated area and thanks to it’s positioning in the Umbrian hillside, it offers a wide range of “naturalistic” activities.

· Horse back riding: The Quarter Horse is also an important Quarter Horse breeding center. This will allow you, if you are a horse back riding novice, to come into contact with these beautiful animals for the first time. Or on the other hand, to be able to enjoy long walks or treks with them as your companions.
· If, however, you enjoy growing organic products, we have also thought of you; there is in fact the possibility to partake in the daily chores, to see first hand the homemade production to understand the secrets and tricks of the local “farmer”.

La struttura ricettiva è veramente deliziosa ed accogliente, per non parlare poi della cortesia e della gentilezza mostrata sia dalla titolare sig.ra Giulia che dal personale. La cucina poi è veramente eccellente ed i prodotti somministrati (tutti fatti in casa) sono veramente genuini.
