Podernovo is a charming holiday home with panoramic views over the Cetona mountain and the gentle sloping green hills of Tuscany and Umbria. It has been beautifully restored so as to let the guests enjoy an unforgettable relaxing stay. Situated only 5 km from San Casciano dei Bagni, a charming village, where there is an exclusive Spa. It is also only 2 km from the Medieval Castle of Fighine, which is set at the very top of a wooded hill. It is also an easy drive to Fabro and Chiusi A1 Motorway exit.

PARK: It’s about 1 ha. It’s fully fenced and well kept with relaxing areas with garden furniture near the houses. The typical porch, at the back of the house, is furnished so as to be used as an outdoor dining room in summer

SWIMMING POOL: open from April 28th until October 6th. The irregular shaped pool measures 6 x 12 m., with a depth of 1,40 m. and is equipped with a wooden gazebo and deckchairs.

INTERIORS: on the ground floor a well equipped kitchen with double exit to the garden, sitting room with fireplace, satellite tv, hi-fi and comfortable furniture, toilet. First floor that is reacheable both through an internal and an external staircases is compose by: study, two double bedrooms, one of which with en suite bathroom with shower, two twin bedrooms and two bathrooms (one with with shower and one with tub).

DEPENDANCE: large sitting room with fireplace and satellite tv, dining room and kitchenette, two bedrooms (one double and one twin), bathroom with shower suitable for disabled people.

SERVICES INCLUDED: electricity, water, gas for kitchen use, weekly linen, initial and final cleaning plus three times a week from 9:00 to 12:00 am, garden and swimming pool maintenance.

SERVICES UPON REQUEST (supplied and payable locally to the owner): extra cleaning (€ 15,00/hour), extra linen (€ 10,00/person), heating (€ 4,80/m³), firewood (€ 15,00/100 Kg)
