The Country House in Panicale, placed in the centre of a magnificent panoramic landscape that offers some of the most spectacular views an earth like ours could relinquish, totally secluded by a picturesque little lake and a forest of Juniper and oak trees that have been in existence for centuries.
The Panicale Country House, not to far from the attractive medieval village, located in the centre of a stunning environmental backdrop embraced by hills and lakes.
The main house on the property dates back to the 800’s comprised of a restaurant, multipurpose room, bar, reception, and seven rooms. Not far off there are five charming apartments, all with separate entrances. The farm-style built apartments made of stone, wooden beams, ancient roof tiles, buttresses, external staircases and small balconies give you the sensation of total peace and relaxation.
The seven rooms in the main house, which are spacious and comfortable, have been completely renovated. The furnishings are simple, pleasant and sought after.
All the rooms are situated on the first floor, composed of two entrances, one from the garden using the staircase and coming to delightful balcony and the other from reception
“Il Fienile” and “Il Granaio” are the biggest rooms and can sleep up to four people. The furnishings are a double bed and a single bed made of wrought iron (keeping to the times), wardrobe, old writing desk and sofa.
“La loggetta”, medium-sized double room, where the furnishings are made of poor art furniture and grandma hand-made embroidery curtains and blankets made of linen.
The other rooms “La Stanzia”, “Il Balco”, “Il Colombaio” and “Il Cantone”
Double rooms, that are cosy and intimate, individualized by oak wood beams.
The Restaurant:
Serves Umbrian cuisine (always Italian differs slightly) where the flavour characteristic of this region, made from genuine ingredients: hand-made pasta, traditional soup dishes, homegrown meat and game, truffle, cheese and legumes. Reworked with a bit of fantasy by our in house chef, blessed by years of experience manages to entertain the pallet with a fusion of flavours whilst keeping the dishes simple.
A small countryside restaurant, where during the winter it is possible to eat in a barn-styled dining hall with straw and a warm fireplace, instead the summers you eat out under a wooden beamed truss structure surrounded by old bricks amongst the olive trees, greenery and splendour.

Posto grazioso, ben arredato, pulito e con personale gentile ed efficente. Una vacanza ideale per chi ama il relax. Unica nota negativa...troppe api e cavallette nella zona piscina!!!!
