CASALGIORGIONE - TUSCANY - CINIGIANO - GROSSETO

Situated in a hilly area between Siena and Grosseto, Casalgiorgione is a traditional stone building which has been recently renovated. The interior retains terracotta flooring, wooden-beam floors and mixes traditional and modern style in the adjacent annex building. In the house there are many verandas and terraces where you’ll be able to enjoy pleasant meals “al fresco”. The estate enjoys a wonderful panoramic view over the surrounding countryside and is the right place to spend a totally relaxing holiday, among nature and in absolute privacy. Just a few kilometres from Grosseto, Montalcino and Siena, Casalgiorgione is the perfect starting point for memorable day-trips to the main Tuscan towns and to Tyrrhenian seaside resorts.

PARK: The park is on two levels, the lower with the swimming pool, and the upper one with the house building. The park is about one hectare in extension with lawn, olive trees, cypresses and various pot flower plants.

SWIMMING POOL: The swimming pool, surrounded by wood flooring, stones and plants, measures 12 x 6 m and has a depth going from 1,10 down to 2,50 m. The area is equipped with beds, beach umbrellas and an outdoor shower. The pool is open from April 28th to October 6th.

INTERIORS: The building is on two floors. On the ground floor, from the main entrance on the left, there is a kitchen and a dining room, on the right a small parlour with a studio couch, through which you get to two double bedrooms and a bathroom. From the dining room a stairway leads to the first floor. On the first floor there is a sitting room with a fireplace, a satellite TV, sofas and a desk and another double bedroom with bathroom en-suite. This room is connected through a door to the other part of the house. The second part of the building has on the ground floor a very large hall divided into a kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area with couches, TV set and fireplace (one of the sofas can turn into a single bed.) On this floor there is also a bathroom with shower and a double room. Through a wooden staircase you can reach the first floor, where is a double room with bathroom en-suite and an enchanting terrace with panoramic view.
