HOTEL WITH WELLNESS IN PERUGIA
Rebuilt on what remains of an old Umbrian contryhouse in colonial style, Hotel Zen is, instead, a little jewelry of design and technology, situated in the most green area of the city, at few minutes from the historical centre.
Its characterful façade reflects the core concepts of HOUSE and HOSPITALITY: the charming and elegant atmospheres, the warmth of the wooden floor, the suggestive tonalities and the precious finishings of the interiors make it an exclusive place where to relax and regenerate in one of the world’s most beautiful cities.
Respectful of the past but with the stare upon the future, Zen is the ideal point of departure to enjoy the green Umbria by nature trails and by visiting the places of tradition, especially the medieval suburbs of central Italy.
Each of its luminous and wide rooms takes the name from the colours of the 5 elements of Nature and from the Cardinal Points, according to its exposure.
They are provided with minibar, kettle with tea selection, basin/shower in private bathroom, safe, TV-LCD, direct telephone, free Internet, air –conditioner, free newspapers in room on request.

COMMON PLACES
During winter the guest will relax by reading a book in front of a wood stove, or, in summertime, our client will enjoy the swimming-pool in our renewed garden.
From January 2010, our little but comfortable restaurant will be the meeting place of balance and taste, where the delicate plates get combined with excellent wines, accurately selected.
Our Chef will realize courses of patisserie and cooking for groups of few gourmand people.
Breakfast room offers a rich buffet for the sweet wake-up of our clients and during springtime it will be possible to have breakfast in our garden.
The bar is at disposal round the clock.
- Hotel ZEN arranges of a lounge bar and of a Conference Room that is a multiuse room, studied to satisfy various requirements of the customer.
- Therefore, this meeting room can be a perfect place for coffee break and aperitif, reading, study and relax with the possibility of projecting films thanks to a functional projection system and to Home - Theatre.
- Making a catering service is possible on demand.
- The Spa of the hotel consists in a striking water-massage swimming pool realized in stone with a beautiful waterfall and dominated by an original star covering.
- We have also a very nice and spacious Finnish sauna and a tapis roulant, placed in front of an LCD TV which projects ways and images.
- At disposal of the Customer, who must feel "as at home" (from here the term “Housing”) there are spacious gardens and a relaxing ZEN TERRACE, inspired to Eastern cultures.

ottima struttura . proprietario e personale gentilissimi, buona la colazione e la cena , . aspettiamo il potenziamento della spa, anche perchè l'hotel è posto in luogo logisticamente ben messo, con percorsi verde vicino e il minimetro a pochi passi . da ritornarci sicuramente.
