Holiday Apartments "Appartamenti Vacanza Residence Assisi" was a typical farm.

In 2002 a business man fell in love with this wonderful place, under Subasio Mountain, and made of it a relaxing farmhouse.

Our guests will discover arts, culture, typical dishes and religious tradition of Assisi in Umbria.
The Holiday Apartments are 4 km far from Assisi, 1 km far from Rivotorto, km 1,5 far from Santa Maria degli Angeli, km 18 far from Perugia , km 40 far from Gubbio, km 40 far from Spoleto, Norcia, Todi, Firenze and other famous medieval towns in Umbria.

Furthermore, our guests can enjoy our children playground or use our bicycles.
SINCE 2010 WE HAVE A WONDERFUL WHIRLPOOL SWIMMING POOL!!
While on demand guests can practice archery or ask for a relaxing massage. For those who love horses there is a nearby riding school.
The riding school is just 400 meters far away from our structure (requires prior booking).
All our guests will receive a free card to take advantage of special discounts at local shops.

Our farmholiday Assisi Residence Holiday Apartments offers its guests 9 apartments all with panoramic view on Subasio Mount, Assisi and the surrounding countryside.

- Each apartment has its own entrance and it's composed of: Kitchen with large living room, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, etc..

Five apartments are on the ground floor, numbers: 1-2 - 3 - 4-5, four apartments are on the first floor with the numbers 6-7 - 8 - 9. All have an outer space or a terrace or covered porch. The apartments on the ground floor nr. 3 and no. 4 are equipped with bathroom for the disabled.

The toilets are two for each apartment because there are two double bedrooms in each apartment.
The living room is furnished with sofas and TV color and a safe for your values.
Our farmhouse is surrounded by over 30,000 square meters of green space with a playground for your children, A JACUZZI SWIMMING POOL, leisure spaces and sports.

Siamo rimasti molto colpiti dalla disponibilità del Sig.Albano. Strategica la posizione del casale, sia per il panorama sia per posizione in relazione alle siti da visitare. Ci piacerebbe tornare in estate.

Posto ideale per chi ha bambini perchè possono spaziare nel parco, che offre ogni tipo di svago (calcio, pallavolo,pallacanestro, calcetto, biciclette, piscina, idromassaggio, coccole ai gattini... ). Dal Casale una bella vista su Assisi. Non è inerpicato sulle colline e per spostarsi in macchina i bimbi non soffrono. Si raggiunge facilmente ogni località umbra.

Abbiamo apprezzato la cortesia del sig.Albano e soprattutto ho notato come il titolare si applica con dedizione alla propria attività.Ottime le strutture per rendere più piacevole il soggiorno.Ambiente pulito e curato che si presta ad ogni tipo di clientela,giovani e meno....coppie con o senza figli.
