Scheggino lies in a privileged position for visiting some of the most important historic and naturalistic sites in Italy. It is possible to follow trekking paths in the valley along the river or on the neighbouring mountains, which are sheer delight epitomizing the fauna and flora of the region. It is an area of historical interest due to the various abbeys, cloistered monasteries, and above them all the town’s Church, which dates back to 1200.
It lies in the centre of Umbria, in an area of small-scale agricultural production, which boasts of its wine, oil, cheese and most particularly black Truffle, which are to be found in the neighbouring mountains.
The town consists of the classic medieval borgo now entirely restructured, with a population of less than a hundred resident families. It is a quaint little town with a material and spiritual peacefulness.

The Residence Le Case di Scheggino is a "Diffused Hotel System" built in the old neighbourhood of Scheggino, in Valnerina, is all along the "Percorso dei Papi" from the Marches and towards Rome.
The "borgo" lends itself to many sports, swimming pool, tennis courts and fishing as a sport. Its distance from Rome is about an hour and a half, from Assisi it is an half an hour,from Perugia is three quarters of an hour, from Siena an hour and a half, and from Florence, two hours.

• It consists of 16 flats of various size;
• It has a lobby where the guests are greeted and directed to their respective housing units by means of a service of electric cars;
• The flats are provided of: microwave, ironing and ironing board, washing machine, etc.

Eccellente struttura: ben gestita dalla presentazione sul web alla continua e non invadente disponibilità del personale. Bello il paesetto, molto ricchi i dintorni, facilmente raggiungibili dalla struttura. Activo Park veramente a due passi (non mi sembra esserci nessuna struttura più prossima!). Generose convenzioni con strutture del posto, consegnate e ben illustrate al nostro arrivo. Complimenti e alla prossima visita :)

Ci siamo trovati veramente bene non abbiamo nulla di cui lamentarci, sembravamo essere a casa nostra,comfort pulizia,e soprattutto la cortesia del personale "ECCELLENTE" abbiamo trovato a Scheggino tutto ciò che aspettavamo andateci non dimenticherete facilmente questa vacanza
