Immersed in the luxuriant Tuscan countryside, San Giacinto is a charming property near Asciano. Carefully restored, the villa is composed of a central building and two annexes, one with a fireplace/barbecue and sink which in summer, thanks to sliding glass doors, becomes a comfortable dining room and the second inhabited by the caretakers who do not interfere in the use of the park and pool which is at the guests’ disposal. The presence of the caretakers should be considered positive as they are available for any technicality or information the guests may need. The house is fitted with all necessary accessories to guarantee a comfortable stay and is tastefully furnished with tiled floors and wooden beams. All the windows have mosquito netting. The outside areas are well maintained and the two pergolas (one behind the house and one in the pool area) are furnished with divans and tables. There are many tourist attractions within easy reach of San Giacinto: Florence, Siena, Montepulciano, Montalcino, San Gimignano, Volterra, the famous Abbey of Monte Uliveto Maggiore, Cortona and the spa of Rapolano Terme.

PARK: The 7,5 acres park is planted with vines, olive trees and fruit trees and there is a garden around the house with flowers and aromatic herbs. An electric gate leads to the property. In front of the house is an area with space for parking 4 cars. In the garden are also toys and games for children.

SWIMMING POOL: The beautiful infinity pool is open from the last Saturday of April to the first Saturday of October and has a splendid view over the countryside. The pool area, about 10 metres from the house, has a pergola with dining table, comfortable sun beds and outdoor shower.

INTERIORS: The villa is sub-divided on the ground floor by two large living rooms, dining area, two kitchens, rustic sitting room, bathroom with shower. The mezzanine floor, with access from the second living room, has a twin bedroom, single bedroom and bathroom with shower. On the first floor is another kitchen with a table seating 12, another sitting room, three double bedrooms, two of which with en suite bathroom, and a twin bedroom.

DEPENDANCE: dining room with fireplace/barbecue, sink and table. The annex has large sliding doors that be opened completely.

POOL SIDE DEPENDANCE: this annex is used occasionally by the owners who do not interfere in the use of the park and pool which is at the guests’ disposal. The presence of the owners should be considered positive as they are available for any technicality or information the guests may need.

SERVICES INCLUDED: electricity, water, gas for cooking use, initial and final cleaning, weekly linen, wood, pool and park maintenance.

SERVICES UPON REQUEST (supplied and payable locally to the owner): extra cleaning (€ 15,00 per hour), extra linen (€ 10,00 per person), heating (on consumption up to date market prices).
