A window on green Umbria, in an ancient hamlet, 900 ms above sea level, close to the Park of Sibillinis Mountains, ideal base to discover the most important cities of the region as Assisi, Norcia, Spoleto, Spello, Montefalco etc.

Starting point for pleasant walks, mountain bike tours or horse riding treks and for the search of mushrooms and truffles. Animals are permitted. Stalls are available for horses.

Our Apartments

Noce (8 sleeps) : To wake up in the morning with a foot in the wood to live the intense perfumes of the secular chestnut trees of the mushrooms and of the raspberries.

Castagna (4+2 sleeps) : The ancient house, shelter and starting point for your excursions through pastures and secular woods, to always discover new landscapes.

Torretta (4+2 sleeps) : Marvellous landscapes, clear dawns, beautiful sunsets and uncontaminated woods

Felce (2+2 sleeps) : The life in the ancient hamlet among ancient stones and sincere and genuine people, the ancient life lives today…

Rosetta (2+2 sleeps) : To wake up him to the morning and to go down in the garden among the perfumes of the aromatic plants, to pick up the fresh vegetables, to drink water falling from the spring and to walk among the fragrance of the fresh dew.

Mandorli (4+2 sleeps) : Situated on the 1st floor, it is composed by 2 double bedrooms with bath ensuite, equipped kitchnette with fireplace, living room with double sofa bed, barbecue in the garden
