VILLA DINA - TOSCANA - MODIGLIANA - FIRENZE

Situated in the beautiful Appenine countryside of Tuscany and Emilia, Villa Dina offers its guests a relaxing holiday in total privacy with country walks and sports (swimming pool and tennis court) for the more energetic.This fascinating country residence, 5 km from the medieval town of Modigliana, is a short car ride from the historical centres of Florence, Bologna, Ferrara, Faenza, Ravenna and the Republic of San Marino. A slightly longer ride will take the guests to the incomparable city of Venice. The airports of Bologna and Forlì are within easy reach as are the fashionable seaside resorts of the Riviera of Romagna: Cervia, Cesenatico and Milano Marittima. Moreover, for golf lovers there some 18 holes Golf Courses, all less than one hour drive (Forlì, Bologna, Riolo Terme, just to mention a few). A caretaker lives on site, assuring a good maintenance of garden and pool. He will not be of any nuisance to guests.

PARK: Villa Dina is surrounded by a fenced garden of 4000 sq m, with various types of trees, including fruit trees, a synthetic tennis court and swimming pool.

SWIMMING POOL: open from April 28th until October 6th.. A stone wall surrounds the 12,50 x 6,20 m swimming pool, with a maximum depth of 2,50 m, and the sun bathing area furnished with tables and chairs, parasols and sunbeds.

INTERIORS: the house has two floors and each one has direct entry from outside. On the ground there are floor two entrances, one from the parking area and one from the pool area, lead to a fully equipped kitchen/living room with fireplace, a veranda with sofas and a bathroom with shower. An internal staircase leads to the first floor, which also has a back entrance directly accessible from outside, with a large living room with TV and three double bedrooms, one with en suite bathroom with shower, three twin bedrooms and a bathroom with tub.

SERVICES INCLUDED: electricity, water, gas for kitchen use, weekly linen, initial and final cleaning, garden and pool maintenance, rackets and balls for tennis and 2 mountain bikes.

SERVICES UPON REQUEST (supplied and payable locally to the owner): extra cleaning (€ 15,00/h) available on Wednesday morning only, extra linen (€10,00/person), heating (€120,00/week), wood (€ 15,00/100 kg).

FACILITIES: Satellite Tv in the ground floor living room and 1 TV with local channels in first floor living room, DVD, video recorder, CD player, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, barbecue.
