Villa Gaia is immersed among the olive trees, vineyards and woods of the green Tuscan hills between the provinces of Siena and Grosseto. The hillside property has a beautiful view over the Val d’Orcia and the surrounding countryside. The property is composed of two separate buildings just a few metres apart and at the complete disposal of the guests. There are a swimming pool, a jacuzzi for 7 persons, a multi-use room with fitness equipment for yoga, meditation, ajurweda and dancing room and an independent and professional kitchen with a large dining room, ideal for organizing ceremonies. The large park, which surrounds the structure, is ideal for taking long walks in close contact with nature along the hiking trail inside the woods. The splendid verandas are ideal for spending a pleasant relaxing evening with a glass of good wine. Villa Gaia is particularly suited to organized groups looking for a relaxing holiday, meditating in comfort. Also its geographic position, close to the sea and the Tuscan towns of Siena, Montalcino, Montepulciano and Pienza, make Villa Gaia an excellent departure point for daily excursions.

PARK: the 12.000 sq. mt. park is composed of vineyard, olive trees and woodland. The 6.000 sq. mt. garden is cultivated as lawn with bushes and low trees. The garden has been carefully planned, with much attention to detail, by the owner in collaboration with Novello, the famous garden architect.

SWIMMING POOL: the pool, situated about 20 metres from the property measures 14 x 7 mt. with a depth varying from 1,20 to 2 mt. The jacuzzi is suitable for 7 persons. Near the pool there is a 100 sq. mt. wooden gazebo equipped with deckchairs, tables and chairs.

INTERIORS: the main building, developed on two levels, is divided into two apartments with tiled floors and beamed ceilings. Entrance to the ground floor is directly from the car park and leads into the large comfortably furnished living room with divans and fireplace. The living room leads on into the fully equipped kitchen and the dining room with its large wooden table seating 24 people. A French window leads out from the dining room to the covered veranda with a marble and wrought iron table. The three double bedrooms, the two twin bedrooms and the four bathrooms, three with shower and the other with hydro massage tub, are located on the left and right side of the living areas. An external tiled staircase leads up to the first floor where there is a loggia with wood and pizza oven, a large, tastefully furnished living room with fireplace and piano, fully equipped kitchen, two double bedrooms, one twin bedroom, two bathrooms with shower and a small laundry room. The living room leads out on to a splendid terrace with marble and wrought iron table overlooking the valley. Externally, there is another laundry room. All the furniture, in antique wood dating from the 19th century, has been carefully chosen by the owner and fits in perfectly with the surrounding area.
