MONTEBELLO - UMBRIA - AVIGLIANO (TERNI)

Montebello is 20 km far from the famous medieval village of Todi. This property is perfectly settled in the typical Umbrian landscape which its palette of green. The property is made of a main farmhouse and a garage. The main farmhouse is built completely in stone respecting the characteristic countryside architecture. The house is perfectly restored according to the country tradition: cotto tiles for the floors and bricks insertions. The property is also characterized by the presence of a beautiful arched patio located along 2 walls of the house. Montebello is enjoyable both in summer - due to the swimming pool and the charming corners of the garden – and in winter because of the logistic that allows nice trips to Rome where the weather is always sweet. The location of the property, at few kilometers from the main road and railway connections, allows daily visits to the main historical and cultural cities of Umbria and Tuscany such as Florence, Siena, Cortona, Montepulciano, Assisi, Spoleto and Todi.

PARK: the property, surrounded by a 3.000 sq mt park cultivated with grass, hedges and high trunk trees, is entirely fenced. The entrance gate has a remote control system. In the out building, only a few meters from the house is the laundry room where there is a bathroom with shower

SWIMMING POOL: open from the last Saturday of April to the first Saturday of October. It is a rectangular 5 x 10 with a maximum 1,80 m depth. The closeness to the bower allows an easy control on children eventually swimming. The swimming pool area is furnished with sun beds, sun umbrella, shower and half bath – dressing room.

INTERIORS: the house develops on two floors. At the ground floor, on the left side of the main entrance, we have a huge dining room with fully equipped kitchen corner and fireplace. From this area you will enter the second kitchen with an external oven and barbecue. There is also a bathroom located next to the kitchen. On the other side of the entrance there is a beautiful living room furnished with comfortable sofas. The ample staircase that leads to the first floor is located behind the living room where we have an access to the garden too. The sleeping area develops entirely at the first floor. And has 3 double bedrooms, one twin bedroom (the beds can be united) and 2 bathrooms. The house has cotto floors and well furnished in order to guarantee a comfortable and relaxing holiday.
