The Country house has been carefully restored and divided into two elegant apartments, on two floors each.

APARTMENT MELA (x6/8):
an entrance with a large living room, fully equipped kitchen with also dish-washer and washing machine, 1 double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. First floor: a large and light living room with fireplace and a double sofa-bed; 1 double bedroom, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds + a baby cot, 1 bathroom with bathtube & shower settings.

APARTMENT BRUFA (x6):
ground floor with a large living/dining room, fully equipped kitchen with also dish-washer and washing machine, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, 1 bathroom with shower; first floor has a large living room with fireplace, washing machine, 1 double bedroom with baby cot, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, 1 bathroom with bathtube and shower settings.
Really sunny and peaceful, both apartments have been furnished with care and good taste, using some antique and some old pieces.

COTTAGE NIDO (x2 or 2+cot):
a large and sunny living/dining room with, a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, mini dishwasher, electric oven, fridge+freezer, 1 large double bedroom, 1 spacious bathroom with shower.

Heating, washing-machine, dish-washer, microwave, iron and iron board, hair dryer, safety box, moving barbecue, furthermore, equip each apartment.

VILLINO FATTORIA(2+2 persons)

Detached house of great charm in the heart of the Fattoria , very exclusive, ideal for a couple, next to the main house of the owners.
Outside, large yard with brick dated 1878 equipped with a large gazebo and several areas: an old shaft to form a nice round dining table furniture, an "happy hour" corner with illuminated barrel, a very comfortable wicker furniture.
Characoal barbecue.
Guests can then freely enjoy this area for meals or just relaxing and reading a book in a peaceful and fresh area.
The Fattoria pool area is at your disposal as well as the free organic vegetable garden and fresh daily eggs. Welcome basket with breakfast and 2 bottles of our DOC wine for free.
The interior: entrance to a corridor leading to the left to a large living room with sofa bed, an antique chest of drawers and TV.
A spacious double bedroom with beautiful antique wardrobe and desk.
A full bathroom with bidet, toilet, washbasin and bathtube with shower unit. Washing machine.
A large dining room furnished and decorated with antique prints, large kitchen with fridge-freezer, oven and 4 burners. Heating.

UMBRIA is a Region very rich in artistic places and masterpieces, in cultural events and entertainements, folkloristic fears, antique exhibitions, and many minor local fears.

It is possible to have very pleasant walks and bike ride on the Estate, where you can easily meet wild animals such as  phaseants, hares, foxes, owls, etc., and its surroundings. At 1 Km from the Agriturismo there is the Torgiano's Tennis courts, and at about 2 Km. there is the possibility to organise nice horse ridings on the fields of the nearby.

In the Fattoria every first days of January two huge porks that have been breeded during all the Summertime with biological food and without chemical products or medicine, are killed and "worked" following the Medieval tradition of Norcia.

With Mr. mixing the salt, pepper and drugs for savouring the meat, an expert "Norcino" operating on the meat with the help of the Farm's workers and their wifes, for three days the farmhouse big kitchen is animated with life from early in the morning until late in the evening. Salami, sausages, steaks, ribs, prosciutti, are all made in those days.

Meals are prepared in front of a wonderful fire in the huge kitchen, and we eat all togheter, hosting the agriturismo guests, the tasty pork meat and other products, in a happy and pleasant climate.

You can also attend to the GRAPE HARVEST that starts in the second half of August until mid October!
