“Colle del Sangrantino” farmhouse is located in a very harmonious and pleasant atmosphere. It is situated in Attone, just 5 Km away from Montefalco, home of Sagrantino. Montefalco, is known as “Ringhiera dell'Umbria”, due to its peculiar location and dominates the wide valley from Perugia to Spoleto.
“Colle del Sangrantino” is a small family-owned company, managed by Mario Mattioli and his family.
It started with the intention of offering clients a relaxing stay and a healthy and natural lifestyle, combining in this way hospitality and the richness of its typical products, which are significant and authentic in Umbria.
Surrounded by the Umbrian countryside, the farmhouse, composed by three refinedly furnitured apartments, recently built, is on a top hill in the middle of 10 hectare countryestate which is all crops and vineyards.

Girasole (Sunflower)First floor, made up of three bedrooms (2+2+2) bathroom, kitchenette and living-room.
Fiordaliso (Cornflower)
First floor, made up of a twin-bedded room, bathroom, kitchenette and living-room.
Edera (Ivy)
Wheelchair access, independent entrance,
ground floor. It is made up of a twin-bedded room,
bathroom, kitchenette and living-room.
Each flat is made of a wide, refinedly furnitured Kitchenette and living-room where guests can cook their own meals.
All bedrooms can house two people, and an extra bed is available upon request.
Each flat has independent central heating: television and bathroom with showers.

ospitalità eccellente, si tratta di un posto mantenuto eccellentemente. gode di una posizione strategica è facilmente raggiungibile dalle principali arterie stradali si trova ad un quarto d'ora da Foligno a mezz'ora da Assisi, Spoleto, Spello ad un ora da Perugia, dal lago Trasimeno e dalle cascate delle marmore. è immerso in un paesaggio suggestivo tra le colline di Montefalco un paese che ha tutte le peculiarità che contraddistinguono i paesaggi umbri, consiglio la degustazione dei vini nonchè dell'olio di Montefalco ma in particolare quelli prodotti dalle mani esperte dei titolari di questo posto. lo consiglio vivamente

grande cortesia ed ospitalità, il posto ha una posizione strategica ben collegata con le strade principali per visitare molti posti dell'umbria distaun quarto d'ora da foligno mezz'ora da Assisi, Spoleto, Spello ad un ora da Perugia, dal lago trasimeno e le cascate delle Marmore. si tratta di una struttura mantenuta eccellentemente a stretto contatto con la natura in un paesaggio suggestivo qual'è quello di Montefalco, delizioso paesino con tutte le peculiarità che distinguono i posti umbri, consiglio di degustare i vini di Montefalco nonchè quello prodotto dalle mani esperte dei titolari dell'agriturismo che con esperienza e passione si dedica alla produzione dello stesso nonchè di un ottimo olio. lo consiglio vivissimamente
