The “La taverna dei Giullare” restaurant, which is located inside an old oil mill, will surprise guests with the finest traditional Umbrian dishes, characterised by strong, genuine and authentic flavours.

Dinner will find the best of regional gastronomy, including cold-pressed extra virgin olive oil, cold meats from Norcia and Bettona, mushrooms from the local woods, truffles and legumes from Valnerina, and exceptional wines.

tutto più che perfetto! Se posso aggiungere una nota: la cena di San Silvestro potrebbe iniziare anche un poco più tardi, diciamo alle ore 21.00, con l'aperitivo che inizia alle ore 19.30. Questo perché l'attesa tra un piatto e l'altro era veramente troppo lungo ed estenuante! Non ci si poteva alzare da tavola finché la cena non era terminata, e con i locali separati, non c'è stata nessuna possibilità di interloquire con gli altri ospiti, per cui il clima era molto freddo ed impersonale nonostante la bella musica, fino a mezzanotte, quando il DJ ha invitato tutti a riunirsi vicino a lui per brindare... Peccato, perché se ci fosse stato un poco di tempo tra la fine della cena ed il brindisi di mezzanotte, magari qualcuno avrebbe iniziato a ballare e l'atmosfera si sarebbe riscaldata prima!
