Il personale è davvero molto cortese e gentile, la cucina è ottima, il punto è strategico essendo una zona molto tranquilla e bella, dalla quale si raggiungono in poco tempo molte zone sia dell'umbria che della toscana, la zona relax non è grandissima, ma pulita e accogliente e i massaggi sono davvero molto rilassanti ed efficaci. La struttura in generale è davvero molto carina, le stanze sono particolari e ben fatte. Buon rapporto qualità prezzo. Ci tornerei volentieri e lo consiglierei ad amici e parenti.
