Welcome to the farmhouse / agritourism "Casale Cibottola" perhaps an old shelter for the Knights and Pilgrims, perhaps a place of meditation and prayer, perhaps a bit 'of everything ... today, it is definitely a very unique place.

When the sun rises at dawn and smells and perfumes of the Umbrian countryside spreads through the rooms of the apartments, where, by day, the silence and stillness leads to more intense and intimate relaxation, perhaps by the pool and when in the evening , frogs and cicadas wish you a good night, you forget the stress and kaos of everyday and find peace within yourselves.

The farm lies on one of green hills and is surrounded by forests of olive trees near the small and charming medieval towns such as Cibottola (where the italian saint St. Francis of Assisi stayed for some time ), S. Apollinaris, Spina, Mount Vibiano. The establishment consists of a large stone farmhouse, on the road from the castle gate Mercatello to Cibottola: surrounded by  large open spaces and with a splendid panorama that embraces both Perugia and Assisi.

The Agriturism Il Casale Cibottola, offers accommodation in both houses and apartments, and has as its aim the difficult task to bring together art and nature: in fact, you can indulge in a relaxed and tranquil life, enjoying not only the wonders of the beautiful Umbrian countryside, but also of artistic and cultural improvisations that are presented to the guests during their stay.
There will be concerts, small theatrical performances, art exhibitions ranging from painting to sculpture, from photography to iron working. All  in the quiet private insurance from large and comfortable apartments, the swimming pool and obviously from the uncontaminated surrounding nature.

The choice between open spaces

The large stone farmhouse was completely renovated in 1997, and is situated in panoramic position on about 400 hight, at the center of a large fenced olive grove, with swimming pool and large veranda with wooden beams toghether with the common areas.
The renovations were done by skilled craftsmen to preserve the ancient and tradtional stone structure of the building, while the interior has been achieved in particularly to allow the guests to feel truly at home.
Each apartment has its own entrance, terrace or private garden, one or more fireplaces, autonomous systems of light/electricity, water and gas.

Apartment Blue: (4 persons, 2 bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen and fireplace)
First floor 100 sq.m., ideal for 4 people, it has a kitchen, living room with fireplace, two double or twin rooms (one with fireplace), bathroom and terrace.
The living room is warm and cozy and the fireplace makes it particularly popular in the winter evenings.
The rooms are quiet and bright.
The kitchen is fully equipped with crockery and utensils such as to satisfy the most demanding of chefs.
During the morning and the Evening you can enjoy the sun on the terrace.
Also you can enjoy of lavish meals or romantic candlelit dinners in the company of unspoiled nature in Umbria.
Even the bathroom is in shades of Blue

Yellow apartment: (4 people, 2 bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen and fireplace)
Second floor: 110 sqm, living room with sofa bed, kitchen with dining area and fireplace, two double rooms (or double), bathroom.
For the occupants of this apartment there is a private garden in the common park area.
The colors of the fabrics and the classic roof with beams refines and makes the bedroom romantic and cozy.
The panorama from this apartment is especially attractive.

Apartment Green (6 persons, 3 bedrooms, bathroom, fireplace, kitchen)
Ground floor: 150 sqm, living room with fireplace, dining area with kitchenette, 3 bedrooms, bathroom and garden. Perfect for 6 people.
The entrance is under the archway.
The large  spacious and comfortable living room allows you to spend your time in pleasure even in winter.
It 's our biggest apartment ideal for a large family or a group of friends.

Apartment Midblue: (4 +2 persons 2 bedrooms, sofa bed, bathroom, fireplace and pentry )
First floor, 100 square meters living room with fireplace and sofa bed, kitchen with dining area, two bedrooms with double or twin room, bathroom and terrace.
Ideal for 4 to six people,  thanks to a sofa bed in the living room.
The mibluea partment is accessed from the characteristic  staircase in Umbrian style.

Apartament White: (2 +1 persons, 1 bedroom, sofa bed, bathroom, kitchen and fireplace)
Ground floor 45 sqm, living room with kitchenette and sofa bed, bedroom, bathroom. Ideal for a couple or three people.
